Banks, bureaux de change and ATMs are located in the terminals.


Wi-Fi internet access is provided throughout Rome Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport – the first 30 minutes of which are free of charge. Postal services are also available.


There is a wide range of food and drink outlets both before and after the security checkpoints in terminals T1, T2 and T3. There is a café pre-security in T5.


Shops at Rome Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport include duty-free outlets (for passengers travelling outside the EU), fashion boutiques, jewellers and perfume retailers. Shops selling traditional Italian products can also be found in the airport. The majority of shops are located in terminals T1 and T3.


A left-luggage service is available in T3, International Arrivals. For items lost at the airport, contact the airport office (tel: 06 6595 5253). A porter service can be pre-booked (tel: 06 6595 8364).


A first aid facility (tel: 06 6595 3133/3134) is available 24 hours a day. A chapel, prayer room and nurseries are also located within the airport.

Conference & Business

The Atahotel Executive Centre (tel: 06 6501 0100) in T1 has meeting rooms, office space, internet points, fax machines and a copy centre. There are also several airline executive lounges in all terminals. Meeting and conference facilities are also available at the on-site Hilton Rome Airport Hotel (tel: 06 65258; www3.hilton.com), a short distance from the terminals.

    Disabled passenger lounges are located in all terminals. Parking spaces for those with disabilities are available at the long-term car park, on the first level of multi-storey car parks B and C, as well as on the first and fourth levels of car park D. When booking a flight, those with disabilities are asked to specify the type of assistance required.
