Communications

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, as are pay phones. There is a post office in Terminal 1 and a post box in Terminal 3.

Food

Numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cocktail lounges, fast-food outlets and snack bars are located throughout the airport.

Shopping

Shops and slot machines are available in all terminals. These include specialist shops such as a cigar seller and Harley-Davidson merchandise store in Terminal 1 and sports shops in Terminal 2. Duty-free shops can be found in Terminal 3.

Luggage

Secure keyless luggage lockers are available at a number of locations throughout the airport. A lost property office is located in Terminal 1 (tel: (702) 261 5134).

Other

Other facilities at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport include a first-aid clinic, medical and fitness centres, a children’s play area, massage, smoking areas and an aviation museum. In keeping with Las Vegas’ standing as a centre of casinos and gambling, there are more than 1,200 slot machines throughout the airport.

Conference & Business

There are VIP lounges in both terminals: these are available to all passengers for a fee, as well as designated card holders. There are ample opportunities for business and conference facilities at the many hotels on the nearby Las Vegas Strip. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the terminals. Translation services are available from the information booth.

    Accessibility

    TDD phones for hearing-impaired travellers are provided in both terminals. A TDD information line is also available (tel: (702) 261 3111). Wheelchairs can be provided (tel: (702) 261 5475 or via courtesy phone: 5475) – passengers should allow 15 minutes for their wheelchair to arrive. The airport is fully accessible, with disabled toilets in both terminals.

    Information booths providing general information and assistance are located throughout the airport. White courtesy telephones are available for after-hours assistance. Volunteers provide a service in the baggage reclaim area of Terminal 1.
