Money

Banks are located in Terminal 2, while ATMs can be found in all terminals. Those looking to exchange currency can use the bureaux de change in Terminals 2 and 3.

Communications

A post office is situated between Terminals 2 and 3. Wireless internet (free for CPH Advantage members, at a charge for others) is available throughout the terminals. A number of self-service internet kiosks can be found in the transit areas of Terminals 2 and 3.

Food

There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants at Copenhagen Airport, offering everything from seafood to fast food. Places to eat include a restaurant serving Danish fare post-security in Terminal 3 and a couple of restaurants in the on-site Hilton Copenhagen Airport Hotel (tel: 3250 1501; www3.hilton.com).

Shopping

Shopping opportunities are plentiful in all terminals, with designer boutiques, newsagents and duty-free shops among the options. There is also a good selection of shops selling the best of Scandinavian fashion and design. A pre-order and pick-up service is available (www.buy-fly.dk).

Luggage

A lost and found facility (tel: 3231 2284) and left-luggage service (tel: 3231 2360) is available between Terminals 2 and 3. There are also self-service lockers at car park P4.

Other

A play area for children and a lounge for teenagers are situated in Terminal 2; most toilets are equipped with baby change facilities. A 24-hour prayer room and a rest area can also be found in Terminal 2. Those with some time to spare can relax at the spa in the Hilton Copenhagen Airport Hotel (tel: 3250 1501; www3.hilton.com).

Conference & Business

The Hilton Business Centre (tel: 3250 1501; www3.hilton.com) is located on the fourth floor of Terminal 3, and has a VIP boardroom, two business centres and 29 meeting rooms. Various airlines and handling agents also provide business facilities in their executive lounges in Terminals 2 and 3.

Lifts, ramps, wheelchair-accessible toilets, induction loops and reserved seating are provided, while dedicated parking spaces are available in the car parks.     Information desks (tel: 3231 2448) are located in the arrivals areas and transit halls of Terminals 2 and 3. There is also a visitor centre in Terminal 3.

    Transfer between Terminals

    All terminals and piers are interlinked and are accessible on foot, but there is also a free shuttle bus serving Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The CPH Go pier, which serves low-cost carrier easyJet, is linked to Terminal 3.
