How to get there
Berlin-Tegel Airport is off exit 10 of the A111, which runs northbound from the A100 in the west of the city.
Access to the S41 and S42 S-Bahn (tel: (030) 19449: www.bvg.de) lines at Beusselstrasse Station is via the Jet Express Bus TXL bus from the airport.
The U7 (at Jakob-Kaiser-Platz Station) and U6 (at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz Station) U-Bahn (tel: (030) 19449: www.bvg.de) lines are reachable via the X9/109 and 128 buses respectively.

The Jet Express Bus TXL (tel: (030) 19449: www.bvg.de) connects Berlin-Tegel Airport with Alexanderplatz, running via Unter den Linden and Central Station (journey time: 30-40 minutes; fare €2.10). Buses 128, 109 and X9 run to various local destinations for connections to the city’s U-Bahn subway transport system and the overland S-Bahn trains. Further bus information is available from the BVG office in the main Boulevard Tegel hall.
Taxis are readily available outside the terminals. Fares to the centre of Berlin start from about €20, and the journey time is around 20 to 30 minutes.
There are car parks located beneath and around the main terminal complex; the covered P1 and P2 plus short-term PK are close to the terminal buildings; while P5, which is a little distance from the terminals, offers long-term rates.
